Whatever the reason, you won’t be stuck with a rug or you cannot use or that you do not want. With our Hassle Free Rug Returns Guarantee, you may return your rug for any reason for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price for 30 days from the day of purchase. You will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the rug back. If a rug arrives damaged, or we made an error, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement rug to you. If you decide you do not want rug replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.
Please call us at customer service 732-401-0634 to get a RMA number and the address to return the item. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted

All orders placed through the website are shipped through UPS ground. Typically your orders are shipped within one day of placing the order but some time it may take longer and you will be informed via email in that case. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada and are interested in placing an order please give us a call and we will be able to give you a shipping estimate.
A $15.00 fee will be billed to your credit card per shipment when the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a suite number/apartment number is not supplied. This fee will be charged for ANY address irregularity that involves the shipping company making any changes. You will be notified via email of any charges being added to your credit card.
