We love to have you try our products without the guilt of being stuck with them if they do not work out. Our returns are simple & free (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). We are happy to provide you with a FREE RETURN LABEL for an item you purchased from us within 15 days of delivery.
After 15 days of delivery you can purchase return shipping from the carrier of your choice and return the item(s) before 30 days of the original delivery.
If you use your own shipping label please send the tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can process your return in a timely manner.
To be eligible for a return for an item purchased within the US, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Final Sale items and swatches cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to initiate a return?
Email us at email@example.com or call 732-401-0634 to get an RMA number and return instructions. You will receive a free shipping label via email. Just use this label & drop off the package at the closest carrier location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 72 business hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
