Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns for items within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in its original, undamaged condition. If the packaging is too damaged, use a similar-sized plastic bags or box with no side longer than 108 inches. The items that are marked a FINAL SALE are not eligible for return

If you use your own shipping label please send the tracking information to [email protected] so that we can process your return in a timely manner.

To be eligible for a return for an item purchased within the US, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.


How to initiate a return?


Email us at [email protected] or call  732-401-0634 to get an RMA number and return instructions. You can opt to purchase a discounted return label from us via email. Just use this label & drop off the package at the closest carrier location. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon the completion of the inspection process your refund will be processed within 72 business hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you had opted to purchase a return label from us the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.
