Where do you ship from?

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We ship our products from multiple warehouses to get the fastest route and best shipping rate. Our warehouses are located in both East and West Coast.

Do you ship to Canada?

Currently we are unable to ship to Canada for individual orders. However we do ship to retailers in Canada. Please email us with your shipping address at sales@fabhabitat.com so we can let you know a retailer near you.

Which Fab Habitat products can be used where?

Fab Habitat products are designed for different spaces in and around your home. The best placement depends on the product's materials and construction.

• Indoor rugs: Designed for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, and other interior spaces. Check the individual product page for material and care details.
• Outdoor rugs: Our recycled plastic rugs are ideal for patios, decks, balconies, and other outdoor areas. They are easy to clean and designed for outdoor use. The plastic tubes do not soak moisture, so they are suitable for outdoors. For a longer lifespan, store them in a covered area or indoors during harsh weather.
• Indoor/outdoor rugs: Some of our rugs are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Always check the product description to confirm suitability for your intended space.
• Pillows: Our indoor/outdoor pillow covers are great for adding color and comfort to indoor and outdoor seating areas. Follow the product's care instructions and store them indoors when not in use.
• Doormats: Natural coir doormats are best suited to entryways and covered outdoor areas, away from prolonged moisture. Other doormats may have different placement recommendations depending on their materials and backing.
• Furniture: Our furniture is designed for indoor living spaces, including living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms. Featuring materials such as mango wood, acacia wood, and marble, each piece brings natural character and timeless style to your home. To maintain its beauty, protect furniture from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperature changes, and follow the care instructions provided on each product page. 
• Other home décor: Planters, hammocks, and accessories vary in their material and weather resistance. Refer to the individual product page for recommended use and care.

Are all of the outdoor rugs UV Protected?

Our outdoor rugs are treated with UV protection to help minimize fading from sun exposure and maintain their color over time. We stand behind our outdoor rugs with a one-year warranty for outdoor use. While UV protection helps reduce fading, prolonged exposure to intense sunlight and harsh weather conditions may still affect the rug's appearance over time.

To help extend the life of your rug, we recommend storing it in a covered area when not in use.

What is the lead time on an order?

If the item is in stock we have a 72 hour order window to prepare and process orders before they are shipped out. It does not always take 72 hours to prepare and process an order, but that is the maximum notice we need to provide before the product is shipped. All times after 72 hours are subject to the shipping method/distance and carrier selected.

What is meant by “recycled materials?”

We use recycled materials and manufacturing materials wherever possible to help reduce our carbon footprint. Almost all of our outdoor products are made from recycled plastic materials to help keep plastics out of landfills.

Do you have an order minimum?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can purchase just what you need, whether you're shopping for a single item or multiple products for your home.

What is Polypropylene?

Polypropylene is a plastic that is used to make food containers and considered very safe for humans. 

How Do I Return an Item?

Can I order a custom design?

We do fill custom orders if a large enough quantity is ordered and we are given enough time to prepare the order. Call or e-mail us with any inquiries with regard to custom orders.
