Policies

To be eligible for a refund, all item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and in the original packaging, including all parts, hardware, and accessories.

Returns that are received damaged, used, incomplete, or missing original packaging, tags and components will not be eligible for a refund.

Please ensure that no side of the package exceeds 108 inches and that the item is fully protected during transit to prevent damage.

Items returned without proper packaging that results in damage during transit will not be refunded.

The items that are marked a FINAL SALE are not eligible for return 

If you use your own shipping label please send the tracking information to sales@fabhabitat.com so that we can process your return in a timely manner.

How to initiate a return?

Email us at sales@fabhabitat.com or call 732-401-0634 to get an RMA number and return instructions. You can opt to purchase a discounted return label from us via email. Just use this label & drop off the package at the closest carrier location. Returns must be delivered back to us within 30 days of when you received your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon the completion of the inspection process your refund will be processed within 72 business hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you had opted to purchase a return label from us the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or a different item, just drop us an email at sales@fabhabitat.com or give us a call at 732-401-0634. We’ll provide you with an RMA number and clear instructions for the exchange process. The best part? You won’t have to worry about return shipping costs for the product you’re exchanging!

Remember, for the exchange to qualify for a free return shipping label, make sure the number of items you’re returning matches the number of items you’re exchanging. For instance, if you bought two items and want to exchange one of them, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost of the item you’re returning, while we’ll cover the shipping for the item you’re exchanging.

All exchanges are subject to our discretion as sellers, and we reserve the right to assess and approve exchange requests
